Your concrete pump needs to be equipped with a Connect Box to use the Putzmeister remote service. This box connects your concrete pump to the Putzmeister remote service. We will fit a Connect Box on your pump. Should your machine fail during a job, you simply need to call the Putzmeister hotline and you will be connected to one of our service technicians. This technician will be able to help you find a solution by accessing your machine data. So you can continue your pump use as quickly as possible and complete work on the construction site.
